2. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES

We use third-party service providers to help operate our business ("Service Providers"), and depending on the service, these providers may have access to your Personal Information. Our current Service Providers include:

  • ConvertKit - email marketing and subscriber management
  • Tally - quiz and form collection
  • ManyChat - social media messaging automation (Instagram and Facebook)
  • Showit - website hosting
  • Google Analytics - web analytics
  • Affiliate networks (including Impact, Commission Junction, Awin, and LTK) - affiliate tracking and reporting

We do not have direct control over how Service Providers use your Personal Information, and we cannot guarantee that our Service Providers will use your Personal Information as required by our contract with them. For this reason, we are not responsible for our Service Providers' misuse of your Personal Information.

Our Site contains affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate partners may use cookies to track referrals. (c) Business Transfers

As we continue to develop our business, we may reorganize, acquire entities or business units, or enter into joint ventures. We and our Service Providers collect location and Device Information to deliver and improve the Site, measure and analyze its performance, and continue developing our content and offerings.

5. HOW IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION USED FOR ADVERTISING?

We may in the future display ads with the help of third-party advertising partners. When active, those partners may collect and use your location and Device Information to determine what ads to show you. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any advertising partners at that time.

(a) How to Opt Out of Targeted Ads

If you do not want to receive targeted ads on your mobile device, you may opt out through your device settings. On Android, enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization." On iOS, enable "Limit Ad Tracking." You may also opt out through the Digital Advertising Alliance at http://optout.aboutads.info/ or through Google at https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated. If you opt out of targeted ads, you may still receive contextual ads related to the content of the Site.

We do not alter our Site's data collection and use practices when we receive a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

7. OPTING OUT OF OR UNSUBSCRIBING FROM EMAILS

If you wish to unsubscribe from our marketing emails, click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email. Please allow up to 14 business days before you stop receiving marketing emails. You may continue to receive transactional emails related to any active purchase or service.

8. THIRD PARTIES AND THEIR POLICIES

Throughout the Site, you may see links to third-party websites or applications. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their privacy policies when accessing them.

9. DATA RETENTION

How long we store your Personal Information depends on the purpose for which we collected it. We will not retain Personal Information longer than necessary for our legitimate business interests or to comply with legal requirements. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect your information during transmission and once received. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We and our Service Providers take appropriate measures to protect against unauthorized access or disclosure of information we collect.

11. MINORS

The Site is not directed to users under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from users under the age of 16. If we learn that we have received information from a user under the age of 16, we will delete it. 12. ACCESSING, MANAGING, AND UPDATING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You may request to access, update, or correct your Personal Information by emailing us at support@mixandmesh.com.

13. FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access Personal Information we retain and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or deleted. You also have the right to receive a copy of the Personal Information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@mixandmesh.com.

We process your Personal Information to fulfill agreements we have with you (for example, if you purchase a product or book a service), and to pursue our legitimate business interests, including direct marketing, fraud prevention, and site analytics. Please note that your information may be transferred outside of Europe, including to the United States.

If you believe your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation have been violated, you may file a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence. 14. NEVADA PRIVACY RIGHTS

When you visit and use our Site, we may collect your Device Information, Contact Information, and Purchase Information (each defined below). Collectively, these are "Personal Information."
